While we prepare your handmade items, please allow 1–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with an average delivery time of 2–5 business days.

Endless Cloud Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your package is returned to sender, a reshipment fee will be required.

Body Butter Shipping

Due to warm weather, we take extra care when shipping body butters.

  Body butters ship Monday–Wednesday only
• Ice packs are included when needed

We cannot guarantee products won’t melt during transit, but we do everything we can to prevent it.

If melting occurs:

• 
  Let it return to room temperature
• Or place in the fridge/freezer

Melting does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.

We do not offer replacements for melted products.

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package is:

  Destroyed by customs
• Lost
• Returned to the U.S.

We are not responsible for refunds or replacements.
